Russian Frigate Neustrashimy

Tims Times recently posted a bit about a recent pilotage experience on board the Russian frigate Neustrashimy.  It provides an interesting snapshot inside the Russian Navy.  He describes a warship without a modern navigational radar, erratic maneuvering, and an unsure draft.  Certainly seems to reflect a Russian Navy that is low on resources, unorganized, and out of practice.
