Drivers in West Virginia and Virginia are being slowed by a 100 FT Navy antenna bound for Diego Garcia. It is apparently an AM band antenna for purposes not disclosed. I do wonder why the Navy choose to truck the thing from Texas to Baltimore…Why not load it in Texas, or even barge it to Baltimore?
