M/V AMITY ACE agound in Brunswick River

News article The 653 ft Panamanian flagged car carrier AMITY ACE (IMO 8020202) has run aground in the Brunswick River near Wilmington, North Carolina.  The ship reportedly lost power while transiting the river channel and immediately notified the Coast Guard.  No pollution or injuries have resulted from the grounding thus far.

The Bulgarian owned BELLA L (IMO 7609752) rescued 1 from the foundering yacht PHOENIX about 1000 miles off the coast of the U.S. coast in the Atlantic.
